I'm back in the running scene! It has been months after my first formal race event and it was last February for the 711 Half Marathon in Skyway. I am quite ecstatic to share to you my experience for Sandari Batulao 21K Trail Run!
A short rain shower welcomed us on a Sunday morning as everyone is gearing up for the start of the race. Most of the runners are set Saturday night and camped out on Sandari Batulao's Clubhouse to gain some rest before the big event. Everyone's looking forward for an amazing trail ahead and up for the challenge. Distribution of race bibs started around 4AM and finished around 5:30AM as each also deposit their belongings to the baggage area. After some explanations on what lies ahead by the race director, Benedict Meneses, the race started at exactly 6AM.

Over all, this race is highly commendable. The route is properly marked and planned. I love how Conquer Trail Adventure Series prepare for this and how they personalized everything making it my top trail run experience so far! Keep up the good work team Conquer!
