#TheaterPH - Chuva Choo Choo – The Mr.Kupido Musicale

Inspired by the lyrics of Vehnee Saturno, Stages Production Specialist Inc. is unveiling a musical comedy poised to become this season’s theatrical hit.

Saturno, a multi-awarded composer best known for creating popular hits such as Be My Lady (Martin Nievera), Sana Kahit Minsan and Simple Lang (Ariel Rivera), Isang Lahi (Regine Velasquez), Mr. Kupido (Rachel Alejandro), Bakit Pa? (Jessa Zaragoza), Wala Na Bang Pag-ibig and Dahil Tanging Ikaw (Jaya), celebrates his 35th anniversary in the industry with Chuva Choo Choo – The Mr.Kupido Musicale, where his most popular compositions will be featured.

Directed by seven-time Palanca winner George de Jesus III, the musical tells the story of two sisters, Dina and Darla, played by Joanna Ampil and Morisette Amon, who go from amateur singing contestants to national stars. After being unwitting witnesses to an altercation between the town Mayor and the contest organizer, the pair head off to Manila to seek refuge where they begin to work as female impersonators. The sisters then face a series of hilarious misadventures in their quest for stardom and true love.

Chuva Choo Choo, which is set to open on September 25 will run at the Power Mac Center Spotlight - a 300-seater black box theater. This multi-purpose venue with flexible seating set-up and lights and sound system is patterned to compliment interactive, dynamic, fresh and innovative performances. It is designed to showcase diverse Filipino talents and numerous entertainment options.

ASUS Philippines' #ZenFestival@Manila 2015

ASUS CEO Jerry Shen announces  the pricing and availability of the new ZenFone models in PH which includes the ZenFone Selfie, ZenFone Laser, and ZenFone Deluxe at ZenFestival Manila. The announcement is made in an exclusive event held at The Eye in Green Sun, Makati.

The event is hosted by none other than top lifestyle blogger and TV personality Ms. Kim Jones followed by a fashion show to showcase the new devices highlighting not only the performance but also the design and aesthetics of the new ZenFones.

The crowd is in for a treat as the ASUS CEO also unveils the ZenFone Max in the said event.

ZenFone 2 is a marvel of craftsmanship and engineering that is the world’s first smartphone to feature a 4GB RAM. ZenFone 2 Deluxe introduces a stunning new multifaceted polygonal design aesthetic to the ZenFone 2, offering beauty and power in abundance. ZenFone 2 Laser also includes laser auto-focus technology in its 13MP PixelMaster camera for clear, near-instant shots. ZenFone Selfie is the ultimate choice for selfies, with its twin 13MP PixelMaster cameras and a dual-color, dual-LED Real Tone flash at both front and rear.

See the crystal miracle: Ultra-thin Ergonomic Arc design with all-new aesthetic

ZenFone 2 Deluxe has a stunning, all-new design inspired by the natural beauty of crystals. The pure-comfort Ergonomic Arc design is decorated with over 500 tessellated polygons to project a unique multifaceted allure, accented by the iconic ASUS concentric-circle detailing on the rear key.

The Ergonomic Arc design is a graceful, curved case that tapers to an incredibly thin 3.9mm at the edges to lend ZenFone 2 Deluxe a bold yet elegant look. This curvature provides exceptional comfort and a secure grip, and intuitive control and convenience is further enhanced by the rear-mounted selfie and volume-control key — ideally-positioned for the user’s index finger.

ZenFone 2 Deluxe has an incredibly-sharp and vivid 5.5-inch Full HD IPS display with a 403ppi pixel density and a wide 178-degree viewing angle, ensuring lifelike photos and videos and great-looking apps. ASUS TruVivid technology enhances display performance even more with bright, brilliant colors. The display has an ultra-narrow 3.3mm bezel, giving ZenFone 2 Deluxe a remarkable 72% screen-to-body ratio for a maximized viewing experience, and is crafted from Corning® Gorilla® Glass 3 for superior resistance to damage and fingerprints. An anti-fingerprint coating reduces friction by 30%, giving a luxuriously-smooth feel to touch gestures.

ZenFone 2 Deluxe is available in three unique colors — Illusion Diamond White, Illusion Polygon Blue and Illusion Smooth Pink — that, together with the beauty and customizability of ASUS ZenUI, result in a smartphone that is truly personal, both inside and out.

Pure performance: 64-bit quad-core processor, 4GB RAM and BoostMaster fast charging

ZenFone 2 Deluxe is powered by a 64-bit Intel Atom Z3580 processor clocked at a blistering 2.3GHz and has 4GB of high-speed RAM to deliver gaming performance that’s up to seven times (7X) faster than its predecessor . A 60ms touch response time ensures lag-free input, and OpenGL 3.0 provides incredible gaming performance. It also has 128GB of built-in storage.

ZenFone 2 Deluxe has built-in 4G/LTE connectivity for blazingly-fast data speeds of up to 150Mbit/s plus 802.11ac Wi-Fi, ensuring stutter-free streaming of video and music as well as a smooth all-round mobile experience. Dual-SIM capacity with Dual Active technology makes ZenFone 2 Deluxe the perfect travel or business companion, allowing users to have two active phone lines on their device so they can keep in touch from anywhere.

Made for selfies: 13MP front shots, Real Tone flash, beautification and best low-light performance

ZenFone Selfie has been carefully engineered and thoughtfully designed to capture the best possible selfies, quickly and simply. It takes just a simple S-shaped swipe on the high-density 1920 x 1080-pixel, Corning® Gorilla® Glass 4 display to fire up the 13MP PixelMaster front camera ready for shooting. Gorilla Glass 4 means ZenFone Selfie’s display has twice (2X) the drop-damage resistance of its predecessor and 2.5X retained strength, and is 85% less likely to break in daily use.

ZenFone Selfie includes the brilliant ZenUI Beautification mode for live virtual cosmetics. A few taps is all that’s needed to soften facial features, slim bloated cheeks and brighten skin tone to add vibrancy, and all in real time — injecting instant verve into any composition.

Low-light performance is unparalleled, with innovative pixel-merging technology that increases ZenFone Selfie’s light sensitivity by up to four times (4X), and the incredible Backlight (Super HDR) photography mode that uses special pixel-enhancing technology to enable up to 400%-better brightness in dark and shaded areas.

When more illumination is desired, ZenFone Selfie’s dual-LED, dual-color Real Tone flash brings true-to-life colors in every photo, creating the most natural illumination for indoor portrait shots. The moment the shutter button is pressed; ZenFone Selfie delivers the perfect combination of yellow and white light to produce flash-lit shots capturing authentic skin tones — just like real life.

ZenFone Selfie also has Selfie Panorama mode, which exploits ZenFone Selfie’s f/2.2-aperture front lens and 88-degree field of view to capture panoramic selfies of up to 140 degrees with a simple turn of the wrist. With Selfie Panorama mode enabled, selfies become a party with all friends included — plus the ability to capture panoramic scenery for stunning backdrops.

Picture-perfect photography: Laser auto-focus, extreme close-ups and endless customization

ZenFone Selfie’s rear camera has laser auto-focus technology for the fastest possible clarity. Focusing in low-light conditions is traditionally slow, but ZenFone Selfie’s laser beam measures distances at lightning speed for near-instant focus.

The laser auto-focus even accelerates close-up photography, compensating for the extra distance created by the lens receding during framing. ZenFone Selfie’s rear PixelMaster camera is adept at macro shots, able to focus on objects as near as 6cm, for 13MP close-up clarity to enrapture the eyes.
The intuitive ZenUI Camera app offers 16 customization modes to apply fun effects and for managing professional-style settings to ensure perfect compositions, including Manual, Super Resolution, HDR, Low Light, Night, Depth of Field, GIF Animation, Time Rewind and Smart Remove. One tap on the Manual button summons ZenFone Selfie’s 13 professional-grade settings, including quick access to shutter speed and exposure value, white balance and ISO levels

See at the speed of light: 13MP PixelMaster camera with rear laser-focus for near-instant shots

The new ZenFone 2 Laser models all benefit from a 13MP PixelMaster camera with an f/2.0 wide-aperture lens to capture stunning, high-resolution photos with zero shutter lag — and laser auto-focus technology empowers users to capture perfect clarity in just 0.3 seconds.

PixelMaster’s industry-leading Low Light mode employs pixel-merging technology to capture up to 400%-brighter photos at night, or in low-light scenes, without the need for a flash. When a flash is preferred, ZenFone 2 Laser is equipped with a Real Tone flash to ensure warm skin tones and accurate color.

ZenFone 2 Laser’s PixelMaster camera also has Backlight (Super HDR) mode to capture vivid, evenly-exposed photos in challenging backlit scenes such as sunset portraits. Pixel-enhancing technology increases contrast by up to 400%, ensuring that foreground subjects stand out clearly and are free of shadows.

For those seeking fine-grained control over camera settings like ISO, shutter speed and more, Manual mode offers users a DSLR-like experience right on their smartphone.

Corning Gorilla Glass 4: 2X drop-damage resistance with 2.5X more strength

All ZenFone 2 displays are crafted from the latest Gorilla Glass 4 from Corning. Gorilla Glass 4 means ZenFone 2 Laser’s display has twice (2X) the drop-damage resistance of its predecessor and 2.5X retained strength, and is 85% less likely to break in daily use. A microscopically-thin anti-fingerprint coating minimizes scuffs and smudges, allowing the brilliance of ZenFone 2 Laser’s display to shine through.

Simpler, smarter and more personal: ASUS ZenUI with over 1,000 enhancements

Freedom, connection, and expression form the foundation for the ASUS ZenUI mobile user interface. These three pillars have also inspired the evolutionary changes to ZenUI for ZenFone 2 Laser. This latest version offers a simpler and smarter user experience, with a stylish new layout that employs white space for a cleaner design, and which places information front and center for a simpler, smarter user experience.

ZenFone 2 Laser gives everyone the ability to completely customize its interface to match their personal style and usage preferences, including ZenUI's launcher, themes, fonts, icons, and more.
ZenUI has many great new features — including ZenMotion, SnapView, Trend Micro™ security and ZenUI Instant Updates — that enhance usability; ensure security and privacy; and deliver a seamless user experience

REVIEW: Tag-Ani, How is it to be inlove when you are in your 70s? #TheaterPH

A few minutes before the play started, the room dimmed and traditional Filipino music played. The theater was small and simple. The dimmed lights ushered you into getting in the mood to hearing the “deepest” Filipino words you’ll ever hear in this day and time.

This tragicomedy is part of a trilogy written by The Amelia Lapena-Bonifacio. The material explores being in love while in your 70s, when the need to be loved and the want to love another is still very much present in the human heart.

When the lights turn on, an old woman is seen crocheting while sitting on a bench. The old man enters, noticing the woman, preparing to catch her attention. The exchange that came would test your vocabulary and how well you are able to get meaning from context.

“Sumambit ka ng kahit anong paksa, puso at utak ko’y tumatalon sa tuwa.”

Ermie Concepcion and Ces Aldaba

There’s a certain tickling in the ears and light drumming in the heart with every flowery word. You fall deeper into the story as the characters fall for each other. Tragedy hits when you least expect it and you continue to fall, face first, into reality of what 70 is.

A simple set of a bench, a tree, and a backdrop of 3 sides makes the one-act play pop as it gives the illusion of space. Music and lighting satisfied as it added emotions to feel the right amount of thrill, the right amount of kilig.

Experience made the production shine as veteran actors Ermie Concepcion and Ces Aldaba are directed by yet another veteran, Roeder Camanag. I never imagined that a geriatric love story would rival that of the latest JaDine series, no kidding. During the Q&A, the actors shared that they love the script. That love is effectively conveyed in the level of acting that you witness with Tag-Ani.

Tag-Ani is the second offering of Artist Playground. Established July of this year, it aims to be a laboratory where artists can create, recreate, and refine every. Generally different from mainstream theater, this process results to the best form of the work prior to the first performance date. The small theater is also a playground for the audience as it enables you to focus completely on what is right in front of you. What theater is, its magic, is enhanced because of the set-up.

In the coming months, Direk Roeder informed us that upcoming shows include performance art by Nasser Lubay and a one woman sound-driven performance by Angelina “Mailes” Kanapi.

It was just recently announced that Tag-Ani has been extended until September 5 and 6. Yes, I suggest that you catch their 3PM and 7PM shows while you can. For tickets, contact 0977-3062924.

Spanish Guitar Night: The Music of Maestro Francisco Bernier.

Last August 18, 2015, I was lucky enough to get invited to Maestro Francisco Bernier's one night only concert entitled Spanish Guitar Night. It was held at Ayala Museum lobby as part of the celebration of Philippine-Spain Friendship day.

The night started with a welcome remarks coming from Ms. Maria Serena Diokno, Chairman of National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP). Before Meastro Francisco Bernier, Adrik Cristobal set the mood by playing Jose Valdez' Kanayonan (based on bahay kubo) and Frederico Moreno Torroba's Madronos. There is no other performer perfect to open the concert night other than Adrik since he's currently pursuing his studies in the Conservatorio Manuel Castillo de Sevilla under Bernier.

After setting the mood and showcasing Filipino talent with Adrik's performance, Maestro Bernier opened his first set with Fernando Sor's Theme and Variation Op. 9 followed by Joaquin Turina's Sonata Op 61 and Johan Sebastian Bach's Caiccona from Partite in D Minor n2 for Solo Violin BWV 1004. Everyone's in awe as the audiences indulge with authentic Spanish melod
ies and  skillfully crafted strums and plucks. It's like people has been transported to Spain to enjoy a romantic evening with the Maestro.

Opening the second set of his performance, he played Roland Dyens Saudade n3, Enrique Granados' Danza Espanola n5, Francisco Tarrega's Fantasia Sobre de La Traviata and Anton Garcia's masterpieces from Bernier's album Vademecum; Pequeno Estudio, Cancion, Divertimento, Berceuse and Aleluyatica. Truly, the night was one of kind and you'll see to each one's faces how music transcends and feeds the mind, body and soul. How I wish audience were allowed to have a glass of wine while enjoying Bernier's performance. It would be more magical for sure. Nevertheless, Spanish Guitar Night was a success.

I also got a chance to have a copy of Bernier's album entitled Vademecum which features the compositions of Anton Garcia Abril. The tracks on the album explores the guitar in contemporary terms with a wide range of pieces that exude melodic beauty and demonstrate the composers deep understanding of the guitar, its sonorities and techniques. No guitarist could be better equipped than Francisco Bernier to present this work on disc, a virtuoso of the guitar whose insight has been deepened through his friendship with the composer.

I enjoyed the rest of my night by playing this album as soon as I reached home. I brought a piece of Spain with me that any time of the day, I know I can travel back to Spanish Guitar Night with maestro Bernier.

Hasta la proxima!

Special thanks to Tito Toots for the invite.

#TheaterPH: Ginugunita Kita & KammerChor Manila highlights Manining Awards 2015 this coming September 3

Jesse Lucas set to music a poem by Maningning Miclat titled  “Ginugunita Kita”  and was welcomed by viewers when first aired on TV and was passed online by hundreds of netizens last May.

Critics, music lovers and avid fans watched it, and seven other Lucas songs of Maningning poems, at the Aldaba Recital Hall of the UP Diliman Theater on the fifth and last Saturday of the same month. Said songs, and more, will be featured at the Tanghalang Aurelio Tolentino of the Cultural Center of the Philippines on September 3, back to back with the 2015 Maningning  Miclat Trilingual Poetry Awards featuring Kammerchor Manila. It is aptly entitled “Ginugunita Kita."

Lucas is a multi-awarded composer for film, television, theater and dance. Miclat was a trilingual poet, award-winning visual artist and art teacher. Directed by film and theater actor Roeder Camaňag, the performance will feature soloist Banaue Miclat-Janssen and master cellist Renato Lucas, together with singer Al Gatmaitan and artist Delphine Buencamino.

MICLAT//LUCAS TANDEM

Maningning Miclat was a poet, fictionist and essayist in English, Filipino and Chinese as well as a painter in Western and Chinese genre. A Bachelor of Fine Arts graduate in UP Diliman, she was a fellow of the U.P. National Writer's Workshop,  Silliman Writer's Workshop and Rio Alma Poetry Clinic. Her Chinese poems made her one of the top-rated women poets in Beijing.

With Ryan Cayabyab and Chino Toledo as mentors, Jesse Lucas won awards from FAMAS which catapulted him to the Hall of Fame, and from the Gawad Urian, Young Critics Circle, Gawad Tanglaw and Aliw. In 2005, he won an award from the Screamfest International Film Festival in Los Angeles, USA. CCP’s Tanghalang Pilipino, Dulaang UP, Dramatis Personae, Gantimpala Theater Foundation, Ballet Philippines and the Philippine Ballet Theater have adapted his music.

Lucas was deeply inspired by Maningning’s book of poetry, Voice from the Underworld (Anvil Publishing House, 2000,  2002, 2015). He says, "I immediately connected with the words and verses. The words used form their own cadence. Each word seemed carefully selected to form a given rhythm that supports its theme.” He further says, “The poems of Maningning Miclat are almost melodious that I can hear the music through the poetic images. They spoke and at the same time sang to me poignant thoughts about life, pain and love. These are the foundation of Ginugunita Kita’s music.”

He adds, “The experience in writing the music was really meditative and cathartic at the same time. It feels like I have discovered a new language, a language that speaks directly to the soul."

MICLAT/MICLAT, LUCAS/LUCAS COLLABORATION

Lucas set to music Maningning’s poems such as Ginugunita Kita, Tawag, Duet (nina Rizal at Bracken), Kulay sa Bagyo, Ang Naliligaw, A Stare, Verses # 2,  To Catch a Second and Turn it to Forever, Panibugho and Shi Bu Shi (in Chinese, translated “Isn’t It?). They will be sang by Banaue Miclat-Janssen with Renato Lucas on the cello and Jesse Lucas on the piano.

Miclat-Janssen sings the opera, acts and dances on stage and hones young artists as  professor of theatre arts at UP Diliman. She obtained her Master of Fine Arts from the City University of New York and her Bachelor of Arts from UP Diliman. In New York, she attended voice lessons from Evelyn Mandac, Robert Carpenter, and CUNY's Judylee Vivier. She had a stint at the Metropolitan Opera in such productions of Salome, Faust, La Boheme, Don Carlo, I Puritani and La Traviata. She has performed at the CCP, UP Abelardo Hall, UP Theater and Ateneo de Manila University.

Renato Lucas is one of the finest cellists in the country. His schools included UP Diliman College of Music, San Francisco Conservatory of Music (USA), Royal Northern College of Music (England), Hochschule fur Musik Detmold (Germany), and Universitaet der Kunst Berlin (Germany). He has been the principal soloist of the Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra for three decades. He has performed as soloist with the Manila Symphony Orchestra, Manila Chamber Orchestra, and UST Symphony Orchestra, as well as the CCP's Filipino Artist Series, Pundaquit Arts Festival, Las Piňas Bamboo Organ Festival, and the Maningning Poetry Awards.

Kammerchor Manila and the Maningning Awards

Kammerchor Manila (KM) stormed the Czech Republic by  becoming the  Absolute and Grand Prix winner in the 42nd Festival of Songs Olomouch last year.

It garnered four gold medals in such categories as superior mixed adult choir  (earning 98 pts), mixed adult choir (100 pts), folklore a capella (100 pts), and the spiritual, gospel and pop category (100 pts). Its three perfect scores bested such finalists as Mesani Pevski Zbor Pomlad  of Slovenia, Vocalisti Rostochienses  of Germany, Temasek Junior College  of Singapore and Mesani Pevski Zbor Svoboda of  Slovenia. A nation’s pride indeed for a church-based choir in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary Parish in West Triangle, Quezon City. KM will herald the winners of the 2015 Maningning Miclat Trilingual Poetry Awards.

MMAFI

The Maningning Miclat Art Foundation, Inc. (MMAFI) was organized in 2001 to encourage creativity and to recognize, award, and nurture outstanding and talented young poets and artists 28 years old and below. Maningning Miclat passed on at age 28.

Its poetry competitions in Filipino, English and Chinese which started in 2003 are held during odd-numbered years and the painting contests in even-numbered years. The grand winners receive P28,000.00, a Julie Lluch trophy and books such as Voice from the Underworld by Maningning; Beyond the Great Wall: A Family Journal by Mario, Alma, Maningning & Banaue Miclat, which won the National Book Award for biography in 2007; Secrets of the Eighteen Mansions by Mario Miclat which made it to the list of the Man Asian Literary Prize; and Fairground: A Literary Feast.

The prizes reflect the Foundation's commitment to young talents. Founding MMAFI board member, Edna Manlapaz, likens them to young plants which "shoot up from the ground to reach for the sun and drink in the rain (and) grow into strong saplings. In time they stand tall on the hills, trees that mark our horizon."

Ginugunita Kita is presented by the Cultural Center of the Philippines, MMAFI, the Talent Factory, Inc and the Artists’ Playground.

REVIEW: #OhOhLeoAwards for #Cinemalaya2015 - Short Films Ranking and My Awardees

Since 2011, I am supporting Cinemalaya Philippine Independent Film Festival. All through out the years, I witnessed how the festival evolves as it takes out of the box themes and issues that showcases Filipino ingenuity through films. Year after year, the audience become more mature, the film makers become more creative and technically advanced, the Filipino independent film community become more enthusiastic on what the festival will offer. However, Cinemalaya didn't saved itself from controversies as it faced issues last year where films have been uploaded via YouTube and film makers don't have much support as before. This year, the festival organizers decided not to have grants for full length (new breed) films as well as for director's showcase category due to budget constraint. Honestly, I am not used to see the lobby of CCP's main theater not jam packed. Yesterday, August 8, 2015, Saturday, the official start of Cinemalaya week, I was amazed to see only a handful of independent film patrons. Compared last year, the audience dropped significantly.

I admire the organizers for putting films which I can say best sellers from the previous years of the festival. It gives the audience a chance to watch the films if ever they missed the screening before. Sana Dati, Ang Babae Sa Septic Tank, Transit, Posas, Bwakaw, Ekstra and a lot more have been chosen to be part of this year's "Revisited". I also commend the organizers for letting other films to debut or at least be the venue of films like Above the Clouds, Anatomiya ng Pag-ibig, Esprit de Corps, Taklub and Silong to name a few. It was a smart move to do such an act as these movies created buzz even before the directors start shooting it.

Although the organizers opened a wider horizon,  I am not a fan of the decision that Asian Films should be included in this year's festival. I fully understand that it helps movie goers widen their perspective and also to know more about other countries' culture but allotting more screening schedule in a bigger venue is a no no. How I wish the organizers gave the slot to FILIPINO films.

Moving forward, It's part of my tradition to assess and rank films which is part of the competition base on my personal criteria; Sound Design, Musical Score, Editing, Cinematography, Production Design, Theme and Originality, Relevance and Over All Impact.

Here's my over all ranking for Cinemalaya Independent Film Festival 2015 Short Film Category (1 being most commendable):

1. Sanctissima by Kenneth Dagatan

2. Lisyun Qng Geografia by Petersen Vargas

3. Pusong Bato by Martika Escobar

#FoodPH - C Italian Dining - Your Top of The Mind for Authentic Italian Cuisine

C Italian Dining's Facade

C Italian Dining has a rich tradition of providing authentic and high quality Italian food in Makati. Originating from a family business in Pampangga, the owners keep on reinventing food and services that makes the experience one of a kind.

Best to dig in while the bread is hot.

Minestrone
hearty Italian vegetable stew with with beans, topped with croutons and parmesan

Only few people know that the word Panizza which is a hybrid of words Paninni and Pizza has been originally coined by C Italian Dining. The rights has been granted to them. Now that restaurants are sprouting like mushrooms with specific target markets and food specialties, C Italian Dining remains superior and top of the class.

Angelico Panizza
Chorizo, Salamin, Bacon and Mushroom

Rolls Royce
Salami, Scallop Flakes, Shrimp and Sun Dried Tomatoes

Panizza has been named after real people who makes an impact to the family's history. Different toppings have been incorporated to perfectly thin and chewy crust. Pannizza is such an experience as one needs to put greens, alfa alfa and arugulla, on a delicate slice of pizza then roll it before actually eating it. You may add chilli flakes or chilli oil depending on your tolerance to spice.

Margarita Con Fungi
fresh and sun dried tomatoes, mushroom and basil

I really love Angelico Panizza as it is topped with chorizo, salami, bacon and mushroom. Another personal favorite from their Panizza is Rolls Royce which is topped with salami, scallop flakes, shrimp and sun dried tomatoes. The combinations are perfect.

For Pasta, I love Linguine Al Tartuffo E Prosciutto which is made up linguine in truffle cream sauce topped with parmesan, prosciutto and asparagus. This is by far the best truffle pasta I've tasted in the Metro.

Linguine Al Tartufo E Proscuitto

Linguine Al Frutti Di Mare
a blend of salmon, mahi mahi, prawns, imported mussels, in extra virgin coconut oil and homemade pomodoro sauce

Spaghetti del Rey
combination of oil, capers, black olives and fresh tomatoes

For desserts, I am overwhelmed how rich their Lemon Cheesecake is. It is heaven!
