#FoodPH - Are you Team Soba or Team Udon?

Located at the Lower Ground Floor of SM Aura Premier, Nadai Fujisoba is a breath of fresh air. With restaurants opening here and there, it's hard to find the edge of one from the other. 

Nadai Fujisoba offers a wide range of hot and cold noodle dishes with their premium high quality udon and soba. An in-house Japanese chef make sure that the food to be served is with world-class quality and nothing but the best.

I tried the Yasai Kakiage Ten Tama which is a hot udon noodle soup topped with Onion, Carrot, Burdock root and Trefoil made into a tempura. Hiyashi Niku Fuji Soba is a revelation. It's my first time to try a cold noodle dish and I fell in love with it. This dish is made of seasoned dashi broth, soba noodles, and marinated shaved meat- usually beef.

From the rice bowls menu, my favorite was Buta Bara Kimuchi Don which is a thin slice of pork belly perfectly paired with kimchi. Gyudon comes next on my list. I also tried their  Tempura plate called Ten Mori which composed of Ebi Ten, Ika Ten, Chikuwa Ten Yasai Kakiage, Beni Shoga Kakiage and Oba Ten. I like the crispiness and it's not oily at all compared to other restaurants which offer tempura.

My foodie experience will not be complete without trying their delectable desserts. Kuro Goma or Black Sesame Ice Cream is for me a must try! Sea Salt Caramel Ice Cream made a strong impression too!
