Ang Mga Kwento ni Lola Basyang has been part of many people's childhood which makes this offering a perfect way to reconnect with the past and at the same time re-introduce stories to the new generation. Sharing you 3 major reasons why you should watch Severino Reyes' Tatlong Kwento Ni Lola Basyang presented by Ballet Manila.

1. It has strong Filipino roots and part of Filipino culture.

In this 3 part story, Ballet Manila intelligently presents how each of the stories relate with the Filipino culture and how good character has been inculcated to young minds. Good manners and right conduct has always been the main ingredient of Severino Reyes' stories.

2. Grandeur of the production design.

One thing I love about watching Ballet Manila's performances is the magnificent production design. I was in awe while watching. From start to end, I was amazed with the production as it was so grand it can be compared to international production sets. Each scene is packed with great sceneries added with perfect sound arrangements and lighting. Costumes are also commendable and surely audiences will enjoy the colorful and unique designs suited for each character. I haven't stopped saying wow every time the curtain goes up or after the lights turned on scene after scene.
