During the launch, Chef Dennis Peralta, CGH Corporate Chef, and Chef Mario Bassig, hotel’s Head Chef, personally cooked some of the dishes as part of the Tex Mex Selection. They sourced some of their ingredients locally which added more value for me of the food they're serving as I am an advocate of initiatives supporting local produce.
