I fell in love with every views inside and out of this restaurant. Everything seems  to be a worthy post for one's Instagram account. Here are some of my favorite shots:

2. University feel and vibe.

Since Skull and Bones is located near University of The Philippines - Diliman, Ateneo de Manila University, Miriam College and others, the restaurant has a great feel of university vibe. When I first enter the restaurant, it reminds me so much of a frat house which I used to see on college themed movies. They have a small division just for beer pong tournament. The beer pong room can accommodate up to 12 contenders and can be rented for 7 hours for an intimate drinking session. Other alternative is to avail their promo for 3 hours. I will definitely bring my friends here for them to experience the awesome ambiance I am talking about.

3. Gourmet Beef and Chicken Burger at its best.

Skull and Bones is not just about the interiors but can also boast about their food offerings. I truly love their Eggs Benny Burger which is compose of all beef burger patty with cheddar and mozzarella cheese, fresh sliced tomatoes, salsa on brioche bread pan seared butter. Dirty South Burger on the other hand, is one of their bestsellers too. It is compose of rice krispies battered fried chicken patty with imported honey, red cabbage on whole wheat or brioche bun lined with mayonnaise. Skull and Bones can really take pride on their unique and good combination of burger creations.

I. Am. Not. A. Fan. Of. Hotdogs. Until I tried Skull and Bones’ Pit bull. It is a delightful treat composed of beef pork frankfurter, swiss cheese, smoked ham, chopped pickles and onions, sliced jalapeños, garlic lemon aioli on a griddle pressed brioche bun lined with mustard. I love how the flavors complement each other while having a taste of every ingredient that has been incorporated. It’s like you rode a roller coaster. Extreme and I love it!

5. Throwback moment with Twinkies.

Twinkies reminded me a part of my childhood. My mom used to include it on my ‘baon’ for school and knowing that it’s phased out already, it made me quite nostalgic when I tasted Skull and Bones version of home-made Twinkies. It’s a perfect way to end one’s sinful cravings for burgers and hotdogs. It will bring you to a quite, light and smooth dimension that I am surely you’ll enjoy. This is definitely a MUST try when you come and visit Skull and Bones. They also offer Zingers, Treats and PopTarts.
