Summer Arts Batangas launches the first green festival in Batangas!

Bonbon Festival is a one-day event which will be participated by young professionals, students, different artists in Batangas Province, and invited guests from other places. A green festival, it aims to support and sustain the environment by using arts and culture as one of the instruments.

What to Expect:

1) It's More Fun in Batangas: Eco-cultural Trail

  • A full briefing on the lake region and eruption history of the volcano.
  • A boat ride from Kinalaglagan, Mataas na kahoy to Calauit, Balete on Volcano Island and back.
  • A horse ride or trek with a local guide
  • Package inclusions are: insurance, snacks and lunch of Batangas fusion cuisine and local refreshments, user fees, and a conservation contribution.

2) Sining, Aralin, Buhayin

Comprising of workshops and seminars, this program will focus on the educational and spiritual elements of the festival. It also includes a preview of independent short films based on the theme.

3) Lagablab

What is a camp if there’s no bonfire? This activity defines the igniting passion of the participants--all gathered to fill the place with light and warmth. Music jamming and sharing of experiences are some parts of this component. 

4) Bonbon Festival: Concert

There will performances from invited groups as well as from the participants. It aims to summarize everything that has happened and create a lasting memory with the people who were part of Bonbon Festival.
