#EXPERIENCE: MILO R2 APEX Season 8 - Squat, Burpee, Run!

It was a grueling 3 months of training from Milo APEX Running School but it was ALL WORTH IT. MILO R2 APEX Running School is the official and only running school accredited by Milo Philippines.

Our training was composed in 3 stages:

Stage 1: The Biomechanics and Science Behind Running

A combination of learning through discussions and applications

This stage usually comprises of knowing the body and how to prevent injuries before, during and after running.

Stage 2: The Optimal Performance Training for Runners

extreme CORE Workout!

This stage comprises of strength and conditioning training from core workouts to glutes and hamstrings with the use of yoga mats, therabands, plates and a lot more.

Stage 3: Advance Optimal Performance Enhancement Training

You need to properly stretched!

This stage contains advance strength conditioning and flexibility. Training program will be a mixed of all the workouts introduced in earlier sessions.

Founded by world-class trainer and professional coach Jim Saret, the MILO R2 APEX Running School is the country's biggest scientific running camp and the only one that offers a full 42K marathon program.

Apart from training and all the knowledge and skills that one can acquire from MILO R2 APEX Running School, the friendships that were established will always remain. Meeting people who shares the same passion in running and improving oneself made it possible to build ties and good camaraderie from each one of the students coming from different running categories.

 And if you'll ask me, YES, I broke my Personal Record for 42k (Full Marathon) last July 27, 2014 for the 38th Milo Marathon Manila Eliminations. :) Thank you MILO R2 APEX Running School for letting me achieve this milestone!
