#CulturePH - Six Iconic Weddings from Nice Print’s 17 Years

The celebrants and their families always want their special occasions—such as weddings, baptisms, and debuts—to be captured on camera and chronicled. Whether small or significant, these occasions arouse emotions and create memorable moments that may be revisited and relived time and time again when captured in pictures and movies. For many people, Nice Print Picture, Inc., also known as Nice Print, has evolved into their ideal choice for coverage of these significant life events.

Nice Print was established in 2006 by business and life partners Charisse and Jibby Tinio. Since then, it has developed into one of the nation's top suppliers of photography services and frequently ranks as the top booker at the largest wedding expos.  They have even spread their wings beyond the Philippines, covering weddings and shooting pre-nuptial/engagement photos in some of the most beautiful locations in 4 continents, 35 countries and counting.  Nice Print has also amassed an enviable roster of clientele that includes the hottest stars and personalities.  Here are six of their most iconic weddings over the past 16 years.

Ogie Alcasid and Regine Alcasid (2010)

The Alcasids gave Nice Print its big break with this first celebrity wedding coverage. All eyes and ears were on this wedding of the decade that united the star singer-songwriter and the nation’s songbird.

Zoren Legaspi and Carmina Villaroel (2012)

Who could forget this heartwarming surprise proposal and fairy-tale wedding in one? Nice Print captured it all in this picture-perfect fairy tale occasion for a loving, picture-perfect family.

Dingdong Dantes and Marianne Rivera (2014)

A unique pre-nuptial shoot (against the lahar backdrop) in Porac, Pampanga then the grand concelebrated Church wedding at Immaculate Conception Cathedral in Cubao, Quezon City and massive reception at Mall of Asia in Pasay, this very down-to-earth royal couple of show business did it their way and Nice Print was there every step of the way.

Neil Arce and Angel Locsin (2021)

The much anticipated wedding of businessman and director Arce and actress-philanthropist Locsin was postponed several times because of the pandemic and then - boom - they surprised everyone by getting married in a low-key civil wedding ceremony.  They broke the news on social media with Nice Print’s raw, natural photos that were as real and unassuming as this otherwise powerful couple.

Moritz Gastl and Jess Wilson (2022)

This was a breathtakingly romantic destination wedding in Salzburg, Austria, with the Gastl’s saying their I Do’s in front of 100 family and friends at the St. Peter’s Abbey in Salzburg.  The reception at the iconic Schloss Leopoldskron hotel (where Sound of Music was filmed) completed the whole, surreal  experience.

David Rainey and Glaiza de Castro (2023)

This LDR (long-distance relationship) couple met by the sea and so it was just apt that they wed by the sea.  The Raineys’ uniquely own Filipiniana/beach wedding in Zambales was blessed with a blazingly beautiful sunset that made the day even more romantic and picturesque.

While these celebrity events garnered thousands of likes and shares from Nice Print’s millions of followers on its social media pages, it is the trust given by and happiness they provide to many real life couples and families that are a bigger source of pride for the company. Perhaps because Nice Print was borne out of the Tinio’s own experience as a wedding couple (who are both non-photographers), the company’s value proposition is a strong commitment to and personalized treatment of customers - all of whom are met with a listening and collaborative ear.

“Every relationship is unique, every detail is different and each wedding story is worth telling. We make sure that we consider each request, leaving no stone unturned to deliver on the trust that is given to us to capture and preserve their most beautiful, unforgettable, funny or poignant moments during these very, very special milestones of their lives.  In a way, we are helping them create a legacy, to be able to tell their story for generations to come,” shared Charisse Tinio, Nice Print CEO.

This year as it celebrates its own growing legacy and 17th Anniversary, Nice Print would like to pay its storytelling success forward to the past, present, and future clients who have and will place their trust in them.

“After 17 years, it’s still exciting for us to hear the stories of our clients, and we are doubly excited to see those that we will receive as part of these initiatives. Nice Print is giving the gift to the people who have followed our journey but, really, we are the ones who are honored and privileged to receive - and possibly immortalize - these great stories of love,” concluded Tinio.
