Any holiday season in the Philippines, no matter how long it lasts, always reaches its pinnacle around December. Since Kumu, a social entertainment app, can never forget its beginnings, the kumunity is giving back in a way that is appropriate for the holiday season. Announcing Kumu Kringle Kumu's first effort in a series of promotions designed to end 2022—and ring in the New Year—in style, 12 Gifts of Christmas, gives content creators a digital twist on gift-giving. Throughout these 12 initiatives (Kumunity Buzz), Kumunizens of all ages have the opportunity to win big.

Winner, Winner, Litson Dinner

This season’s Kumu campaigns are made even more spectacular, thanks to participating partners like Globe, Bench, and Andok’s. From gift certificates to food to shopping experiences available to win throughout the overlapping campaigns, Kumu has you covered starting December 5 until the end of the month. Campaigns will be giving out the following prizes to multiple winners:

● December 5 to 11: 270 bottles of SelvaRey White Rum, including a special SelvaRey bottle signed by Bruno Mars

● December 9 to 15: Php 550,000 worth of Globe Prepaid Call Cards

● December 15 to 21: Php 200,000 worth of Andok’s Litson Baka gift certificates, and an exclusive live streaming session with brand ambassador Piolo Pascual

● December 12 to 18: Php 377,000 worth of ShopSM e-vouchers

● December 18 to 24: Php 380,000 of Share Treats e-vouchers from Gcash, Maya, SM, Puregold & Lazada

● December 21 to 27: Php 270,000 worth of gift certificates for all Bench brands, with a special shopping and makeover experience with a friend and a hangout session with Vivoree

● December 26 to 31: A mega hall of surprise prizes

Along with their campaign, Globe Hapag Movement is collaborating with Kumu to host a charity performance on December 21 at 7 p.m. PDT that will be webcast on the @kumunitystage channel. Local Kumu performers, Globe Generation G contestants, and Kumunity Heroes will all perform throughout the concert. All funds raised in the form of diamonds will be given to the Globe Hapag Movement in an effort to fight Philippine hunger.

In between the campaigns, app users also stand to win a box of season-exclusive Kumu merch (December 15 to 19), a chance to support a charity of their choice (December 16 to 21), prizes to share with their own gifters (December 19 to 26), and a home appliance haul (December 20 to 25); balikbayans can win a round-trip flight from USA, Canada, or the Middle East to the Philippines, complete with hotel stay (December 24 to 30).
