To deepen this culture of care, Globe has launched employee-led communities like the G Network, which champions gender equality, and the Pride Network, a safe space for LGBTQIA+ employees and allies. These groups offer connection, support, and a shared commitment to building a more inclusive future.

Globe regularly hosts sessions on topics like SOGIE, transgender inclusion, and psychological safety, in partnership with the Philippine Financial & Inter-Industry Pride (PFIP). These conversations help foster empathy, challenge biases, and encourage allyship.


Globe’s leadership is fully behind this mission. President and CEO Carl Cruz recently signed the PFIP Pledge of Support, reinforcing the company’s promise to create a workplace where everyone feels valued. “This isn’t about ticking boxes,” Cruz said. “It’s about making sure people feel safe, valued, and free to bring their whole selves to work.”

And the recognition is real. Globe has been named Employer of the Year by the HR Excellence Awards for three years running, and continues to earn accolades across Asia for being one of the best places to work.
