#TechPH - Ayala Land residential properties now available on the GCash app via GLife

In collaboration with Ayala Land Inc. (ALI), the nation's top mobile wallet GCash has released Ayala properties on GLife, together with its four main brands: Ayala Land Premier, Alveo, Avida, and Amaia.

Filipino house buyers and property hunters may now effortlessly browse Ayala Land's property listings and make an inquiry without leaving the comfort of their homes using the GLife feature, the one-stop shop lifestyle feature on the GCash app.

“With this partnership with Ayala Land, GCash enables potential homeowners and property seekers to conduct virtual unit viewing and, after they make the decision to buy a property, access cashless payment of reservation fees using their e-wallet account. Furthermore, home buyers no longer need to pay their real estate dues through traditional channels like post-dated checks, bank deposits, over-the-counter payments to property developers, or brokers. They can conveniently and safely do just all these transactions using their smartphones and via GLife on the GCash app,” GCash president and CEO Martha Sazon said.

Property hunters can now quickly examine property listings by opening the GCash app and tapping "GLife" on the dashboard if they want to access Ayala Land properties. Once on GLife, customers should select the "Real Estate" category. From there, they may view available listings from Ayala Land developments, look at properties nationwide, and choose the kind of property they want. After reading the summary of the chosen listing, potential buyers can simply hit "Inquire," enter the required information, and then tap "submit" to send their query.

“Together with GCash, we at Ayala Land, want to make it easier for Filipinos to find the property that suits their needs. As more and more individuals are turning to the convenience of online shopping, we strongly believe that buying home and real estate properties should not be any different. By launching four of our key brands on GLife, Filipinos can now have a more seamless experience in buying Ayala Land properties,”
ALI president and CEO Bobby O. Dy said.

The cooperation with ALI, in the opinion of GCash Chief Commercial Officer Oscar Reyes Jr., is evidence of GCash's determination to go above and beyond simply offering Filipinos secure and practical digital banking solutions. In order to help Filipinos realize their dream of having a home, GCash is also ready to make it simpler for them to obtain cheap house-and-lot packages and condominium units.

With the help of this collaboration, GCash and Ayala Land can now provide Filipinos a safer and more practical way to buy real estate while also meeting the changing needs of the market.

Not using GCash yet? The GCash app is available for free download on Google Play and the App Store.
