#FoodPH - Try This New Flavors at TsukeMen!

You can tell just by looking at the name that the tsukemen is one of Tsukemen's specialties. The traditional and spicy Gyokai and Spicy Gyokai are more than enough for most people, but Tsukemen isn't afraid to experiment with two new tsukemen flavors and a substantial new side dish that goes well with the new noodles (but is also great by itself).

The Truffle Tsukemen (P580) is an opulent variation on the traditional tsukemen, adding black truffle to the dish's thick, creamy pork broth. This is served with noodles that have leeks, aji tamago, kikurage, and pork belly that has been grilled.

The Laksa Truffle (P580) demonstrates that when it comes to making excellent tsukemen, you don't have to follow the rules. This tsukemen, which is modeled after the traditional Singaporean noodle soup, contains noodles in a laksa broth with toppings including lump crab meat, mussels, fish cakes, leeks, cilantro, aji tamago, and betcho youtiao.

The Tamago Shoko (P185) is a brand-new little plate that completes this menu of new items. Four slices of aji tamago are topped with takoyaki sauce, Japanese mayonnaise, shredded fish flakes, aonori, and togarashi, making it the ideal side dish or snack.
