#CulturePH - Pru Life UK Shines at 2025 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards with Gold and Silver Wins

It was a proud moment for the Philippines as Pru Life UK brought home top honors at the 2025 Asia-Pacific Stevie® Awards, celebrating innovation and impact across the region. Held in Seoul, South Korea, the awards recognized the company’s standout efforts in thought leadership and corporate social responsibility—two areas where Pru Life UK continues to lead with purpose.

Taking home the Gold Stevie® for Thought Leadership Campaign of the Year, Pru Life UK was honored for its Takaful Journey—a groundbreaking initiative that introduces Islamic finance to the Filipino market. Through community engagement, educational workshops, and stakeholder collaboration, the company became the first insurer in the country to receive a Takaful license. Soon, it will launch a Shari’ah-compliant product designed to serve over seven million Muslim Filipinos.

But the accolades didn’t stop there.

Pru Life UK also earned the Silver Stevie® for Innovative Achievement in Corporate Social Responsibility for Cha-Ching’s Million-Step Journey, a financial education program developed with Prudence Foundation and JA Philippines. Reaching over one million Filipino children in partnership with the Department of Education, the initiative teaches essential money skills—earning, saving, spending, and donating—at the grassroots level.

This isn’t the first time Pru Life UK has been recognized on the regional stage. In 2024, the company took home two Silver and three Bronze Stevie® Awards for its family-focused initiatives.
